The weakest link in our Offense, the QB?

With Speilman and company putting together a younger more energetic offense and defense, are we looking at the one thing that will hold us back, the most important of all, the QB. The position is the most important to the success of the team, don't tell AP that though.

How will we fair in 2013 with the most important position handed to the starter and back up that we have on the roster. Was the article about Ponder not getting in sync with the receivers (Harvin unable to run designed routes) true or just another excuse. Is Cassel another Ponder but with just a few more miles on that chassis, so many unknowns and a crucial season building off of last years success.

Looking at the stats on both of our quarterbacks they are very similar, with Cassel's TD to INT ratio a little better. So do we have the bottom feeder QBs in the league and should we be looking into next years draft. With the leagues best RB and now some receivers that will help can we get over that final hurdle and get back into the elite status?
