I used the simulator located here. According to this sim, Carr goes to Houston (fancy that), Bridgewater to Jacksonville, and Bortles to Cleveland. They have Oakland taking a DE (Clowney) and Tampa taking DE Ealy. I'd be shocked if the Raiders don't draft a QB and wouldn't be surprised at all to see Tampa take a QB as well.
To me the big 4 in QB's this year are Bortles, Bridgewater, Manziel, and Carr. The key then becomes what the Raiders do. If those 4 QB's are gone, the Vikings should probably look elsewhere, and not reach for a QB at the 8th spot. They could trade down, perhaps picking up Garoppolo in the 2nd, and still get Murray in the 4th or 5th.
Whatever they do though they need to get a quarterback (or two) out of this draft, in my humble opinion.
