Minnesota Vikings News and Links, 2/13

We've probably used this picture before. I care not. - Hannah Foslien

What's this? Two days in a row? The hell you say.

Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .

-Eric brought you the 2013 Minnesota Vikings word cloud, courtesy of Reddit. It's pretty much what you'd expect, and by that I mean it's awesome.

-If the Vikings want to spend in free agency, they should have the financial means to do just that.

-Norv Turner might not hate Christian Ponder. This will likely result in several Vikings fans hating Norv Turner.

-Arif will be committing his reputation to a potentially disastrous live version of Norse Code. Tune in and watch it burn!

From some other sources around the internet. . .

-The Vikings will be spending more than $6 million on upgrades for TCF Bank Stadium.

-New running backs coach Kirby Wilson talks about leaving Pittsburgh for Minnesota.

-There's another installment of running back Zach Line's rookie journey over at The MMQB. Shame that injuries ended Line's rookie season so early.

The rules are the same as always, folks. . .no politics, no religion, no feeding the trolls, and keep the bad language to a minimum and the GIFs relatively tasteful.

For our musical selection. . .well, here you go. Just because.

If you instinctively sang "I've been waitin' all day for Sunday night" when the chorus hit, it's acceptable.

With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open for Thursday, ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy the rest of your day!
