Minnesota Vikings News and Links, 3/26

Matthew Emmons-USA TODAY Sports

Hello there, ladies and gentlemen! We've hit the final hump day of March, and the NFL Draft is just six short weeks from tomorrow!

(OhpleasefortheloveofGodletdraftdaygetherealready.)

We only had a couple of stories for you yesterday, unfortunately, but what we lacked in quantity we made up for in quality.

-Ted put up his off-season Stock Market Report.

-Ted also took a look at which, if any, Vikings should have their numbers retired in the future.

In some other stories. . .

-Mike Zimmer wants to reduce the number of hits taken by running back Adrian Peterson and get him the ball in space more frequently. What a novel idea!

-Judd Zulgad takes a look at what the Minnesota Vikings did in free agency and what it means for their 2014 draft.

The rules of the Open Thread are the same as ever, folks. . .no politics, no religion, no feeding of the trolls, keep the language relative clean and the GIFs relatively work safe.

Today's musical selection. . .if we had an official Hump Day song, this would probably be it. Why? Because STEP OFF, I'M DOIN' THE HUMP!

With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open for this Wednesday, ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy the rest of your day, and we'll have more for you later on.
