I found Teddy's Pro Day in a video. Instead of going off of reports, I want to share it here with you so you can form your own opinion.
My personal take is, his performance wasn't "average at best" it was actually pretty good but the throws and movement he was asked to partake in the Pro Day could've been more challenging(but then again he's facing thin air, not much more he could have been asked to do). He did throw a couple of wobblers, but seriously folks Peyton Manning consistently throws accurate wobblers. Anyways like I said, for what he was asked to do, he did pretty well. If I had to grade his performance alone I'd give it a solid B. What do you guys think of Bridgewater's pro day after seeing it with your own eyes?
