Remember Duron Carter?

The Vikings seem pretty set at WR in terms of their top 4 guys, Patterson, Jennings, Simpson, and Wright. However, how effective will Simpson be after next year? Can he stay out of trouble with the law? The Vikings could stand to add another WR but with all the other holes on the roster drafting one doesn't seem to practical. We could look to our neighbors of the north for our next stud receiver though.

Duron Carter will be a free agent after 2014. In his rookie year he finished 11th in the CFL with 909 yards receiving, but lead the league in average yard per reception of all receivers with more than 244 yards receiving. Oh, and he did it in just 11 games as he debuted in week 9 after starting the year on the practice squad.

He has NFL pedigree and connections to the Vikings thanks to his HOF dad, not to mention he went to our rookie camp last year. His coach is convinced he will be a star in the NFL, and so is his dad. IMO we should bring this guy in ASAP.
