Basically, this guy has gone through and totaled up the AV for every pick in the draft for every team and compiled a list of who has the most to work with and who has the least. The Vikings are 6th overall, followed by Detroit at 9, the Packers at 14, and Chicago at 16.
It's an interesting article to read because it's looking at teams' ability to make moves within the draft. That is, if you want to go up in the draft, in the NFL you generally need to give up picks, so who has the most expendable value AND specific needs that might make sense to move up (or down)?
