The National Football League has released the list of underclassmen that have declared for the 2015 NFL Draft, and for the first time in a while, the number has gone down.
There are 74 players that have given up their remaining college eligibility in order to be part of this year's selection process, which is 24 fewer than last year's record of 98. This marks the first time that there has been a decrease in the number of declared underclassmen since 2009.
