Which Viking Super Bowl Loss Hurt You the Most?

As a 48 year old Viking fan I HATE this time of year. I will watch clips of moments that ruined my childhoold and have left me still starving for that 1 Super Bowl win in my lifetime. I watched 3 of the 4 at a very vulnerable age and I can still remember the anguish of each loss, usually pretty well sealed before half time. So in my own personal dredging up of pain I rank the Super Bowl losses from least to most painful and would like your opinions-

Super Bowl IV loss to the Chiefs- I was only 3 and not yet bitten by the bug carrying Viking fever. The only true side effect is I hate anyone named Hank.

Super Bowl XI loss to the Raiders- This was a oh no here we go again kind of loss. I had once again bought all my favorite foods like a Roast Beef sub and those hostess lemon pies with the flaky sugar on top but I fully expected to choke on them as Shell & Upshaw ran over our brave but undersized linemen.....Only real side effects were I switched to the blueberry version of those pies.

Super Bowl VII loss to the Dolphins- At 7 I had yet to meet the 2 friends who would be life long Dolphins backers and had only been a Viking fan for a year or 2. I got that this was our chance to prove my love pure and perfect but took the loss fairly stoically for such a young tyke. Only real side effect was the fire starting and bed wetting that continue on today but they are pretty manageable now.

Super Bowl IX- This one stung. This one we were in until- the second-half kickoff when Minnesota's Bill Brown fumbled and Marv Kellum recovered for Pittsburgh on the Vikings' 30. Then the dread started to creep.......God bless the eternally underrated Matt Blair for keeping us in it but Fred Cox missing? That never happened and the fact that Franco Harris out gained us by 39 yards by himself let alone by 141 yards on the ground.......man you don't walk away from that without some scars......Only real side effect was the abandonment of all hope and a life of despair and misery.
