Texans sign S Wilson

Houston, TX (Sports Network) - The Houston Texans signed safety Eugene Wilson on Wednesday. Wilson, who was released by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday, had spent his entire five-year career with New England where he amassed 251 tackles, 19 passes defensed and 10 interceptions over 62 games (55 starts). He was drafted by the Patriots in the second round (36th overall) of the 2003 draft.
