Vikings to Open 2008 Season on Monday Night
According to both Judd Zulgad of the Minneapolis Star-Tribune and Pro Football Talk, the Vikings' opener has been determined.
Wonderful. . .the Vikings get to travel to Lambeau on a night where it's guaranteed that nobody will shut up for two seconds about Brett Favre. Ah, well, after the Vikings' victory that night, that's pretty much all anyone from Wisconsin will have to talk about.
In tribute to Favre, look for Aaron Rodgers to complete four passes to Vikings defenders that night and get totally outplayed by the better quarterback.
More on this later today. Continue enjoying your Monday, folks!

The Better Quarterback?
I'm a Vikings fan, but let's be realistic about Jackson: he's very, very average.

So you are saying
(by the way, there is nothing SIMPLE about making that throw)
While Jackson may indeed be an average QB, at least he has a sample of play where one can make conclusions one way or the other.
the same CAN NOT be said about Rodgers who has as many broken bones in 3 yrs in the NFL as TD passes.
