Yeah. . .getting too late in the evening for it now. . .but I've got another wonderful stat for you to ponder until then.
In the last 5 games, the Vikings' defense has allowed a total of 5 touchdowns.
-0 vs. San Francisco
-2 vs. Green Bay
-1 vs. Miami
-1 vs. Arizona
-1 vs. Chicago
And 2 of those TD's (one by Green Bay and one by Chicago) were set up by the offense turning the ball over inside of Minnesota's 30-yard line.
Conversely. . .over the last 5 games, the Vikings' offense and special teams has allowed 6 touchdowns.
-0 vs. San Francisco
-0 vs. Green Bay
-2 vs. Miami
-2 vs. Arizona
-2 vs. Chicago
So, over the last 5 weeks. . .the Vikings' opponents have literally scored more points when the Vikings' offense has been on the field than they have when their own offenses have been on the field.
Have I mentioned in the last few minutes that the Vikings' offense sucks? Because it does.
