Pro Football Talk is reporting that Adam Caplan is reporting that the Vikings are working out the parameters of a contract with S Madieu Williams, late of the Cincinnati Bengals.

PFT is now reporting that Williams HAS agreed to terms with the Vikings. It's rumored to be a 6-year, $33 million contract.
