Okay, so I was wrong. . .one more thing about last week's game before we move on to Chicago.

Adrian Peterson was named the NFC's Offensive Player of the Week for Week 5 of the 2011 NFL season. This is the fifth time in his career that Peterson has been given this honor.

The National Football League's best running back had 29 carries for 122 yards on the afternoon, and became just the third player in NFL history to put up three rushing touchdowns in the first quarter of play.

The 122 yards also marks the 26th 100-yard performance of Peterson's career. He is now the NFL's second-leading rusher, and is tied for the NFL lead in rushing touchdowns.

Congratulations to Adrian Peterson on being named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week. Hopefully there will be a couple more of those coming his way this season.

Seriously, now we can move on to the Bears' game.
