It doesn't get much uglier, folks.
Well, as a Vikings fan, I know that I should know better than to say such things, but in theory, it shouldn't be able to get much uglier.
A huge play for the Vikings from Christian Ponder to Devin Aromashodu at the end of the third quarter has moved the Vikings into Raider territory for the first time in a long time, and that's where we stand as we move into the fourth quarter of play.
The Vikings trail the Raiders by 20 points as we move to the final quarter of this afternoon's game. I'm not anticipating any sort of great comeback or anything, but as the announcers just said, this is where we're going to learn a lot about Christian Ponder and some of Minnesota's other young players. Hopefully, what we learn will be positive.
Come on in, folks. . .the party is inside!
