Your Week 11 NFL Late Games Open Thread

Jim Rogash

There are but three late games on the NFL docket for this week, and the majority of the teams that will be featured come from the AFC.

The most intriguing is probably one of the CBS games, as the Indianapolis Colts head up to Foxboro to take on the New England Patriots. For years this game was hyped as Peyton Manning vs. Tom Brady, and for good reason, but Manning has now moved on to Denver. This will be the first crack that rookie Andrew Luck gets against Brady and company, and both teams are right in the thick of the AFC playoff hunt.

The other CBS game for the afternoon session has the Denver Broncos traveling to play the San Diego Chargers. A victory for Denver should put them in position to run away with the AFC West. Will Peyton Manning continue being awesome? Will Chargers' quarterback Philip Rivers continue to throw inexplicably stupid passes? Find out by watching this one.

The folks from FOX have just one late game, and it "features" the New Orleans Saints taking on the Oakland Raiders. Unless you're related to a member of either team, you're watching for fantasy purposes, or you're a masochist, there's really no reason for you to tune in to this one if you can watch one of the two CBS games instead.

So there's your late NFL action for Week 11, folks. . .enjoy!
