Vikings At Bears: Fourth Quarter Open Thread

We almost had one of the strangest touchdowns this writer has ever seen. . .one that would have put the Minnesota Vikings right back into this game against the Chicago Bears. . .but it got taken off of the board, and the Vikings now trail by a score of 28-10 going into the fourth quarter of play.

On a play near midfield, Matt Forte took a handoff and appeared to be tackled for a short gain. However, Mistral Raymond was then running towards the end zone untouched, and the referees initially ruled it a touchdown. However, after first confirming the touchdown and then having it reviewed, the referees determined that Forte was down by contact and the touchdown would come off the board.

After that, the Bears took advanta ge my tacking on another Robbie Gould field goal, this one from 46 yards out, to make the score 28-10.

The Vikings are now moving the ball again, as they're looking at a first-and-ten from the Chicago 16-yard line as we move to the fourth quarter of play.

Can the Vikings pull off what would be nothing short of a miraculous victory at Soldier Field? We've got fifteen minutes of football left to find out.
