Vikings Season Finale Moved To 3:25 PM Kickoff

Brett Davis-USA TODAY Sports

Just coming over the Twitter from ESPN's Adam Schefter, the NFL has made their scheduling decisions regarding the match-ups in Week 17 of the NFL season.

To the surprise of pretty much nobody, the Sunday Night Football slot will be occupied by the Dallas Cowboys traveling to FedEx Field to take on the Washington Redskins. It's a winner-take-all game for the NFC East crown and, as we all know, NBC loves them some NFC East football, so there you go.

The match-up at the Metrodome between the Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers has been moved to a 3:25 PM Central time kickoff. It was originally slated to start at noon, but it has been moved back to the "late afternoon" portion of the day on Sunday.

The other games that the Vikings need to keep track of. . .the New York Giants against the Philadelphia Eagles and the Chicago Bears against the Detroit Lions. . .are apparently still kicking off at noon Central time. If that changes, we'll let you know.

Again, the Minnesota Vikings' season finale. . .the one they have to win to get into the playoffs. . .will kick off at 3:25 PM Central time on FOX next Sunday. We'll be here to cover the whole thing for you.
