We're about 12 hours away from kickoff of the Wild Card Playoff game at Lambeau Field between the Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers. How are you going to follow along with all of the action? Well, let us give you all of that information in one convenient place.
Kickoff Time: Foot meets ball in this one at 7:00 PM Central time. Since there isn't a whole lot else to say about this one, I'll point out that if the Minnesota Vikings should be victorious in this game, they will play again on Sunday, January 13, as they will travel to the Georgia Dome to take on the Atlanta Falcons. If they should lose. . .well, really, who cares?
TV Info: This game is going to be on NBC, the first time the Vikings have been on the Peacock network in quite a while. The announcing team for this one will be Al Michaels, Cris Colinsworth. . .and, most importantly, Faith Hill. For folks in other countries, here's what everything looks like:
Canada - CTV will be broadcasting all four NFL games this weekend throughout Canada.
United Kingdom - The game will be live on Sky Sports starting at 1:00 AM on Sunday morning.
American Forces Network - The game is going to be on AFN Sports starting at 0100Z on Sunday. That translates to 0200L in Central Europe, 0530L in Afghanistan, and 1000L in Japan and Korea.
If you're looking for the game on the DirecTV Sunday Ticket package. . .seriously, the game's on your local NBC affiliate.
Radio Info: As always, you can find the Vikings Radio Network affiliate in your area in the event that you're not close to a television. On the satellite radio side, with it being the playoffs, both Sirius and XM have both the home and away team feeds available to their subscribers. Since you don't want to listen to the Green Bay feed anyway, I'll simply let you know that the Vikings feed is on XM Channel 223 and Sirius Channel 92. You can also find the national call from Westwood One on SiriusXM NFL Radio, Channel 88. (And they run ads for SB Nation now, which makes them even more awesome.)
Weather Info: If you're in Green Bay, or you're thinking of heading that direction, you might want to bundle up. It's going to be cloudy with temperatures in the mid 20s, but the winds coming from the southwest will make it feel like it's in the mid-to-upper teens this evening on the tundra.
That's all the info you should need to follow all of tonight's action, folks! And if you're still looking for last minute Minnesota Vikings tickets, you can take a stab at getting them at the link there.
