Well, this is the morning after, ladies and gentlemen. . .there's a good chance that we'll have more on yesterday's debacle between the Minnesota Vikings and the Carolina Panthers over the next day or two. And hey, we get an extra day of waiting before this team's Monday night contest against the New York Giants that, if it hasn't already, is likely going to get some folks at ESPN fired.
Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .
-If you want to re-live all the coverage of this week'd game. . .and, as we've asked previusly, why wouldn't you. . .the whole stream is right here.
-The first rule of Antoine Winfield is, apparently, that nobody talks about Antoine Winfield.
-Leslie Frazier's time in Minnesota is probably done.
-Even the Stock Market Report for this week is ugly.
-But, then again, maybe this team's performance on Sunday shouldn't come as that big a surprise.
The rest of the Vikings' news from around the internet at this point is just more talking about how this team got throttled. We've got plenty of that for you here for your reading pleasure.
The rules for the Open Thread are the same as they've ever been, ladies and gentlemen. . .no politics, no religion, no feeding of the trolls, and keep the bad language to a minimum/use the spoiler tags if you feel that you absolutely must curse.
No real theme for this week's ambient music selections, save for the fact that they might be a bit on the less cheerful side.
With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open for this Monday, ladies and gentlemen. Keep your eyes open for what we might have for you throughout the course of the day, and enjoy the rest of your Monday.
