Packers At Vikings: Final Injury Reports For Both Teams

Elsa

We've got the final injury reports for both the Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers for their Sunday night match-up at the Metrodome. Let's take a look at both teams, starting with the visitors as we always do.

Green Bay Packers

Player Position Injury Sunday Status
Jermichael Finley TE Neck Out
Clay Matthews LB Thumb Out
Ryan Taylor TE Foot Out
James Jones WR Knee Doubtful
Brad Jones LB Hamstring Questionable
Nick Perry LB Knee Questionable
Jarrett Bush CB Hamstring Probable
Casey Hayward CB Hamstring Probable
Jerron McMillan S Non-Injury Probable
James Starks RB Knee Probable

As usual, the Packers have a ton of injuries. Against a lot of teams, that would probably be a big deal. With the way the Vikings have looked the past few weeks, probably not so much.

And now for the home team.

Minnesota Vikings

Player Position Injury Sunday Status
Matt Asiata RB Shoulder Out
Rhett Ellison TE Ankle Out
Josh Freeman QB Concussion Out
Rodney Smith WR Hip Out
Fred Evans DT Knee Questionable
Jamarca Sanford S Ankle Questionable
Jared Allen DE Ankle Probable
Sharrif Floyd DT Back Probable
Chad Greenway LB Wrist Probable
A.J. Jefferson CB Ankle Probable
Matt Kalil OT Back Probable
Adrian Peterson RB Hamstring Probable
Blair Walsh K Hamstring Probable
Kevin Williams DT Knee Probable

Yeah, that's a pretty significant list for the Vikings going into this one. Fortunately, a lot of the guys on it stand a pretty good chance of playing on Sunday night. My guess is that the Vikings are simply being cautious more than anything else.

And those are your injury reports for this Sunday night's contest at the Metrodome, folks.
