Minnesota Vikings News And Links, 11/19

Otto Greule Jr

Week 11 of National Football League action is in the books, ladies and gentlemen, and we can now start looking to Week 12 and our first divisional rematch of the 2013 season, as the Minnesota Vikings will travel to Lambeau Field to take on the Green Bay Packers.

Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .

-Josh Robinson's 2013 season might be over thanks to a fractured sternum that will sideline him for 4-6 weeks.

-On the other hand, the NFL career of receiver Greg Childs is that much closer to getting underway.

-If the 2013 season ended today, the Vikings would hold the second overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.

From some other places around the internet. . .

-The absence of wide receiver Greg Jennings on Sunday in Seattle came as a bit of a surprise to head coach Leslie Frazier.

-Frazier also said that running back Adrian Peterson is not operating at 100%.

-Teams have been using the Vikings this season as a launching pad to bigger and better things.

The rules of the Open Thread are the same as they've always been, ladies and gentlemen. . .no religion, no politics, no feeding of the trolls, and keep the bad language to a minimum/use the spoiler tags if you feel that you absolutely must curse.
