Minnesota Vikings News And Links, 11/29

Now that everyone has eaten way too much (and probably still has a refrigerator full of leftovers, which is the only way to do it), we can get back to the business at hand, that being looking forward to the Minnesota Vikings getting ready to take the field again on Sunday. They'll be hosting the Chicago Bears for the final time at the Metrodome this Sunday, and we'll have more on that as we get closer to game time.

Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .

-Eric brought you his picks for this week of NFL action (and he's 3-0 already).

-Arif brought you an outstanding photo essay entitled "Greg Jennings Is Always Open."

I'd point out a few stories from other places around the net, but. . .well, with the Vikings not playing yesterday, there really weren't a whole lot of them to go over. So, I won't.

The rules of the Open Thread are the same as always, ladies and gentlemen. . .no politics, no religion, no feeding of the trolls, and keep the bad language to a minimum/use the spoiler tags if you feel that you absolutely must curse.

Since today is Black Friday. . .and if you're going to be shopping today, for crying out loud be careful. . .we'll go with this for our music for today.
