Minnesota Vikings At Baltimore Ravens: Final Injury Reports

Rob Carr

With it being Friday, both of the teams that will be participating in this Sunday's contest between the Minnesota Vikings and the Baltimore Ravens have released their final injury reports. Let's take a look at both of these lists, starting with the visiting team.

Minnesota Vikings

Player Position Injury Sunday Status
Christian Ponder QB Concussion Out
Josh Robinson CB Chest Out
Kyle Rudolph TE Foot Out
Larry Dean LB Knee Questionable
Adrian Peterson RB Groin Questionable
Jamarca Sanford S Ankle Questionable
Jared Allen DE Finger Probable
Matt Asiata RB Shoulder Probable
Fred Evans DT Knee Probable
Sharrif Floyd DT Illness Probable
Chad Greenway LB Wrist Probable
Everson Griffen DE Toe Probable
Andrew Sendejo S Toe Probable

No real surprises here. Peterson is "questionable" with his groin injury, but you know he's going to be out there. Ponder being out means that Josh Freeman will actually have to remember where his pads are on Sunday, and other than that there are basically just minor injuries. Well, except for Rudolph and Robinson, obviously, but they've been out for a while now.

And with that, we move to the home team.

Baltimore Ravens

Player Position Injury Sunday Status
Brynden Trawick S Ankle Out
Elvis Dumervil DE Ankle Doubtful
Chris Canty DE Shoulder Questionable
Asa Jackson CB Thigh Questionable
Brandon Stokley WR Knee Questionable
Lardarius Webb CB Abdomen Questionable
Jimmy Smith CB Concussion Probable

Dumervil was injured in the Ravens' Thanksgiving Day win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. He's being classed as a "game time decision," but he hasn't practiced all week, and it would be a surprise to see him out there for this one. The Ravens appear to have a couple of issues in the secondary as well.

And there are your final injury reports for this weekend's game, ladies and gentlemen!
