USA TODAY Sports

We're back once again for another day here at your favorite Minnesota Vikings website, ladies and gentlemen. Let's take a look at what we had for you here on the site since we last left you.

-Mike Mayock talked about what he saw for the Minnesota Vikings in the 2013 NFL Draft.

-Running back Adrian Peterson says he'd like to see former Indianapolis Colts defensive end Dwight Freeney in purple. (Don't think AD is going to get his wish on this one.)

Looking at some other spots around the internet:

-Ben Goessling of the St. Paul Pioneer Press takes a look at the Vikings' need for a wide receiver

-Blair Walsh is channeling his inner Rodney Dangerfield (or Adam Sandler, for you younger folks) and going back to school

-Someone decided to ask what it would be like if all the NFL logos were British. Check out the "Uncouth Norseman," among others

-The Vikings have opened up negotiations with the agents for some of their unsigned players

-Cal wide receiver Keenan Allen, currently the leader in the clubhouse with the most selections in our Mock Draft Database, won't be working out at the NFL Scouting Combine as he recovers from a torn PCL

This is an open thread, and as in all of the Open Threads, we ask that you don't discuss religion or politics, and that you keep the bad language to a minimum. With that, let's continue our President's Week theme with your ambient music of the day.

With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open, ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy the rest of your Thursday, and we'll have any breaking news for you as soon as we hear about it.
