Vikings trade back with the Buffalo Bills in round one.

The Bills would trade their first-round pick overall (No. 8) and their fifth round pick (No. 136 overall) to San Francisco for their first-round pick (No. 31 overall) and their two picks in the second round (No. 34 and 61 overall). Adding up the total points according to the chart we referenced, the Bills are surrendering 1,438 points, compared to the 49ers giving up 1,452.

The 49ers take the top safety in the draft Kenny Vaccaro (if they don't get Revis).

The Bills would have picks: No. 31, 34, 41, 61 and 71. They will need to trade up to pick Ryan Nassib. So they trade their 31 or 34 with 41 or 61 depending how that goes and they can pick their guy. There are a few different possibilities depending if they want our 23rd pick or our 25th pick.

The Vikings trade back and pickup a second round pick. There are some other teams that may want to trade up and the dang Rams do have some bait to dangle out there again. There will be some movement in the late first round and the Bills could gain value and trade back up and still get their guy.
