Minnesota Vikings News And Links, 3/8

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

We've hit another Friday here at The Daily Norseman, and we're bringing you the last Open Thread of the week to talk about whatever you might like.

Since the last time we brought you an open thread. . .

-I openly speculated about whether or not Percy Harvin has, indeed, gone crazy

-Ted talked about whether the Vikings would sign Mike Wallace and then deal Harvin away

-Kyle talked about why the Vikings' interest in Wallace makes a lot of sense

In other Vikings-related news. . .

-Here, again, is the Jason Cole article from Yahoo! that I cited for my article on Harvin

-Over at our Minnesota regional site, James Brady has written about the need to get some weapons for Christian Ponder

-Vikings Territory has been looking at some potential Vikings draft prospects, and their target for today is Clemson receiver DeAndre Hopkins

-Charley Walters of the St. Paul Pioneer Press says the Vikings have a couple of different options for "retractable features" in their new stadium

For the last day TV theme song week. . .and, again, this is a theme that will probably be repeated. . .another of my all-time personal favorites.

Incredibly underrated show. . .might have to start looking for seasons of it on DVD or something somewhere.

The rules are the same as always. . .no politics, no religion, and minimal bad language. Other than that, every other potential topic is up for discussion.

The beer light is on and the bar is open for Friday, ladies and gentlemen. More stuff will be coming here over the course of the day.
