With the 214th pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, the Minnesota Vikings have selected guard Travis Bond out of North Carolina.
The Vikings decided to attempt to add to their depth on the offensive line once again by tabbing another guard. In this case, the name's Bond. . .Travis Bond.
As you can see from the stats, Bond is a big guy. . .Tom Pelissero tweeted that his nickname is "Tree Top." At 6'6" and a cheeseburger shy of 330 pounds, it's easy to see why. He was the "other guard" for the Tarheels opposite Jonathan Cooper, who went #7 overall to the Arizona Cardinals.
We hope to have more on Bond as we progress throughout the course of the day here.
This means that the Vikings have just one pick remaining in the 2013 NFL Draft, and it will come at #229 overall. Stay right here to see who the Vikings take with that last selection!
