2013 NFL Draft: Minnesota Vikings Select Mike Mauti

With the 213th pick in the 2013 NFL Draft, the Minnesota Vikings have selected Michael Mauti, linebacker out of Penn State University .

Mauti. . .stop me if you've heard this before. . .joins his teammate that was drafted earlier by the Vikings, Gerald Hodges, who the Vikings took in the fourth round at the outside linebacker spot.

Mauti's injury history is pretty extensive, and obviously played a big role in his getting pushed down the board. Dane Brugler of CBS Sports tweeted that with two healthy knees, Mauti is a first-round pick. Unfortunately, that's not an accurate description of his knees, and so we'll have to see how he goes in Minnesota.
