Vikings Training Staff Wins Award For Peterson's Rehab

Remember a few weeks ago when we mentioned that the Minnesota Vikings training staff, led by Certified Athletic Trainer Eric Sugarman™, was up for an award for the work they did with Adrian Peterson's rehabilitation from his knee injury? You might be wondering how that went.

Well, if the title of the article didn't give it away, here's your answer.

Yes, Sugarman and company beat out three other very worthy candidates to win the first ever Excellence in Aquatics Award, given out by the folks from HydroWorx. He was presented the award last week by a guy that's currently in the middle of his own rehab process, Washington Redskins' quarterback Robert Griffin III.

If you're into that kind of thing, it appears that Sugarman will be giving a webinar to talk about Peterson's rehab process on 11 July. If you're curious about it, have a look right here.

Congratulations to Eric Sugarman and the Minnesota Vikings training staff on a well-deserved honor.
