DeMarcus Love Suspended Four Games For PED Usage

I don't know if DeMarcus Love is in this picture anywhere, but there won't be a whole lot of pictures of him going forward, I don't think.

Minnesota Vikings offensive lineman DeMarcus Love spent his rookie season of 2011 on the sidelines. He spent his 2012 season on injured reserve.

On Thursday, he enhanced his chances of spending 2013 in the unemployment line. Well, at least some of it, anyway.

The National Football League announced on Thursday that Love had been suspended for four games for the use of Performance Enhancing Drugs. That means that he would be eligible to come back before Minnesota's Week 6 tilt against the Carolina Panthers.

If he makes the team, which is something that he faced an uphill battle towards anyway.

Despite being a part of the draft class of 2011, Love has not seen the field in the regular season for the Vikings. He was on the 53-man roster for every game as a rookie, but was inactive for all 16 games. In 2012, he suffered a pectoral injury early in camp and was placed on IR.

Love was going to have a tough time making the team this year as it was. I certainly don't think that this helps him any.
