Yeah, unfortunately we're back to using the same picture. Sorry, Coach.

Adrian Peterson is great. We all know that Adrian Peterson is great. And by the time his career is over and done with, he could very easily be not only the greatest Minnesota Vikings player of all time, but the greatest of all time, period. However, his career is not over and done with, and our readers have decided that he can't lay claim to the title of Greatest Viking Of All Time. . .yet.

Legendary coach Bud Grant found his way into the finals of our Greatest Viking Of All Time Tournament by taking down the reigning National Football League Most Valuable Player. It was a hard-fought battle, but at the end the coach was able to take down the player. The final tally shows Bud Grant with 171 "recs" from our readers, and Adrian Peterson with 154 "recs."

Bud Grant now moves on to the Championship Match, where he awaits the winner of today's match-up between Cris Carter and Alan Page. That match-up will take place on Friday. Adrian Peterson to go one-on-one with the loser of today's match-up in the consolation game, which will take place on Thursday.

Congratulations to Bud Grant on making it to the finals of our tournament. Who will be joining him? We'll find out at around this time tomorrow!
