Your Saturday NFL Playoffs/FCS Championship Open Thread

Howard Smith-USA TODAY Sports

The NFL Playoffs are set to get underway in about an hour and a half, and there's another championship game going on today as well.

For those of you that are interested, they're through one quarter of play in Frisco, Texas for the FCS Championship Game between Towson and North Dakota State University, with the game tied at seven apiece. Our own Eric Thompson, NDSU alum, has made the trip to Frisco for this one. He may or may not be tweeting on his account throughout the game.

As far as the National Football League is concerned, the early game today starts at about 3:30 PM Central time, and will feature the Kansas City Chiefs traveling to Lucas Oil Stadium to do battle with the AFC South champions, the Indianapolis Colts.

That game will be followed at approximately 7:00 PM Central time by an NFC match-up in Philadelphia between the New Orleans Saints and the NFC East champion Philadelphia Eagles.

If you're going to be watching any or all of these games today, feel free to hang out here and discuss them with your fellow Vikings fans!
