Good morning, everybody. My apologies for the lack of action here on the site over the past 24 hours or so. . .between some work-related things and spending the last 18 hours feeling like I had been run over (repeatedly) by a bus, I wasn't able to get to a lot of things. But that will change over the course of the day today, as we start looking at our game this Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread, the only story that's gone up on the site is Kyle's look at the use of defensive time outs. Be sure to check that out.

-The Vikings have found a replacement sponsor for their press conferences, from the looks of it. (Makes note to grab Mountain Dew later on.)

-Offensive linemen John Sullivan and Vladimir Ducasse continue to be evaluated for injuries. . .Sullivan is going through the NFL's concussion protocol while Ducasse is going to have an MRI on his knee.

-Officials say that the new stadium is still scheduled to be completed on time. In a related story, Marty is scheduled to continue sucking it.
