Greg M. Cooper-USA TODAY Sports

Last weekend's bye week foray into the world of FanDuel went just about as well as most of my other attempts thus far, as I didn't even come close to making the money in the big tournament I had entered myself into. Not terribly surprising.

So, for this week I'm just back to the standard 50/50 league. Here's the lineup I'm going to roll out this week.

QB - Peyton Manning (at St. Louis) - $10,400
RB - Jerick McKinnon (at Chicago) - $5,500
RB - Bishop Sankey (vs Pittsburgh) - $5,300
WR - Julio Jones (at Carolina) - $8,200
WR - Reggie Wayne (vs New England) - $6,900
WR - Jordan Matthews (at Green Bay) - $5,500
TE - Rob Gronkowski (at Indianapolis) - $8,100
K - Adam Vinatieri (vs New England) - $4,900
D - Denver (at St. Louis) - $5,200

Once again, I'm spending premium money for a quarterback that should have an easy go of it on Sunday. Taking Denver's defense, too. . .the Rams are going back to Shaun Hill at quarterback, and we remember what Minnesota did to Shaun Hill in the season opener, right? Went kind of cheap at running back, but that's not generally a bad thing.

So, how much would it cost to field an all-Minnesota Vikings lineup on FanDuel this week?

QB - Teddy Bridgewater - $6,600 (up $700 from last week)
RB - McKinnon - $5,500 (-$800. . .not exactly sure why)
RB - Matt Asiata - $6,400 (+$700. . .maybe that's why)
WR - Cordarrelle Patterson - $6,000 (-$300. . .I don't know, do something, maybe)
WR - Greg Jennings - $5,800 (-$200)
WR - Jarius Wright - $4,800 (-$100)
TE - Chase Ford - $5,600 (+$600. . .for some reason, Kyle Rudolph isn't even listed)
K - Blair Walsh - $4,500 (-$400)
D - Minnesota - $4,900 (no change)

Total - $50,100 (up $200 from Week 9's total of $49,900)

Man, it would actually cost you $50K to field an all-Vikings team this week. As you can see there's a lot of volatility, but the general upward trend still continues.

Once again, I hope things are going significantly better for you folks out there on FanDuel.com than they are for me. Hopefully I can get back into the cash this weekend.

Editor's Note: FanDuel is hosting a one-week $500,000 fantasy football league this weekend. It's $10 to join and first place wins $40,000. League starts Sunday 1 PM ET and ends on Monday night. Here's the link.
