Week 12 of the 2014 National Football League season is in the books, ladies and gentlemen. . .now it's time to look forward to Week 13, which will see the Minnesota Vikings host the Carolina Panthers in the second game of their three-game homestand.

Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .

-Offensive tackle Matt Kalil got into a confrontation with a fan after Sunday's game. Don't understand the motivation behind mocking a 6'7", 300-pound man. YOLO or something, I guess.

-The team's other offensive tackle, Phil Loadholt, suffered a torn pectoral in Sunday's game. His season is over.

From some other sources around the internet. . .

-The Vikings could start running more "no huddle" offense in an effort to help quarterback Teddy Bridgewater.

-Second-year cornerback Xavier Rhodes appears to be turning the corner.

-There's a bit of a war of words happening between Captain Munnerlyn and former teammate Josh Norman.

The rules of the Open Thread are the same as they've ever been, ladies and gentlemen. . .no politics, no religion, no feeding of the trolls, keep the bad language to a minimum (using spoiler tags, if necessary), and keep the pictures work-safe and appropriately sized.

Continuing with our Thanksgiving week entertainment, here's today's video.

With that, the beer light is on and the door is open for this Tuesday, ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy the rest of your day!
