Minnesota Vikings News and Links, 12/26

Happy Boxing Day to those of you that celebrate said holiday, and Happy Friday to everybody in general!

There wasn't a whole lot of activity around here yesterday. Mark put together his Merry Christmas Mock to give everyone something to check out, and we took a look at how the Minnesota Vikings and the Chicago Bears are both, essentially, playing for draft position in the season finale from TCF Bank Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Other than that, there wasn't a lot of activity around the Vikings' blogosphere yesterday, so we'll leave you with those for now.

The rules of the Open Thread are pretty much the same as they've always been, ladies and gentlemen. . .no politics, no religion, no feeding of the trolls, keep the bad language to a minimum (using spoiler tags, if necessary), and keep the pictures work-safe and appropriately-sized.

For today's entertainment, a holiday special we didn't include before now because. . .well, because it's not really Christmas. It's not even a real holiday. . .heck, it doesn't even have an actual date on it. It's just assumed that it falls around this time.

Oh, and if you have delicate sensitivities, you're probably going to be offended. So there's your warning.
