Minnesota Vikings News and Links, 12/8

Bruce Kluckhohn-USA TODAY Sports

Welcome to a second consecutive VICTORY MONDAY here at your favorite Minnesota Vikings' website, ladies and gentlemen. Yes, it wasn't exactly pretty, but until the NFL adopts some sort of system for style points, the Vikings' 30-24 victory over the New York Jets counts exactly the same as any victory for anyone else in the league, so we'll take it.

If you want to go back and review everything we had leading up to yesterday's game, you can check out the full stream right here. It includes Eric standing in for Ted in this week's Stock Market Report (Tuhh-DAAAAANN!), a bit on the development of Teddy Bridgewater, Everson Griffen providing color commentary on Jarius Wright's game-winning touchdown, and a big accomplishment by the receiving duo of Wright and Charles Johnson.

If you want some other perspectives on the game, you can get then from 1500 ESPN, the big ESPN, the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, and the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

Otherwise, the rules of the Open Thread are the same as they've always been, ladies and gentlemen. . .no politics, no religion, no feeding of the trolls, keep the bad language to a minimum (using spoiler tags, if necessary), and keep the pictures work-safe and appropriately sized.

It's a victory Monday, which means that the only thing left to do is PLAY THE DAMN SONG!!

With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open for this VICTORY MONDAY, ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy the rest of your day, and we'll have more for you later.
