NFL Free Agency: Day Four Open Thread

Because we haven't had a picture of AP in a while, and that's just ridiculous.

We're into Friday of the first week of NFL Free Agency, ladies and gentlemen, and it's been a pretty good week for our favorite football team.

The big signing from yesterday was cornerback Captain Munnerlyn, who previously played for the Carolina Panthers. We've got some grades on the signing, and we even want to know who your second-favorite Captain is.

The Minnesota Vikings had two other signings yesterday, bringing in another cornerback, Derek Cox of the San Diego Chargers and bringing back defensive tackle Fred Evans.

Mel Kiper has also released his latest Mock Draft, and he has the Vikings making a trip for some ICE CREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAM!

Early in the day, Eric brought us a full recap of Day Two of free agency to go along with everything else.

Again, I'd like to ask you to keep the GIFs to a minimum in this particular Open Thread, so that folks that might be coming here for info don't get bogged down. Once Monday comes around and free agency has died down a bit, we can go back to the more "standard" Open Threads.

Otherwise, the rules are the same. . .no politics, no religion, no feeding of the trolls, and keep the language relatively clean.

For our selection today, a bit of a departure from the norm in light of yesterday's news.

With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open for this Friday, everybody! Enjoy the rest of your day, and if any news about the Vikings comes down over the course of the day, we'll have it for you.
