Welcome to Monday, everyone. Yeah, I'm just as excited about it as you are.

Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .

-Three days? Three new mocks from Mark. Different scenarios are awesome.

-We also got a new "Making the Case" article from Ted, as he took a look at South Carolina defensive end Jadeveon Clowney.

-The latest installment of the Mock Draft Database is available for your reading pleasure.

-Fresno State quarterback Derek Carr appears to be making a significant push up the draft board.

From some other sources around the internet. . .

-I thought that folks would find this article from Barking Carnival interesting, since we have a lot of Johnny Manziel fans in the crowd.

-Over at Behind the Steel Curtain, they've made their selection for the Minnesota Vikings in their community mock draft.

-The first-year NFL coaches, including Mike Zimmer, get to start implementing their off-season workout regimens today.

-Matt Kalil will be opening a pizzeria soon in his native California.

I also want to remind everyone that our pick in the 2014 SB Nation Blogger Mock Draft will be going up on SB Nation.com at approximately 8 AM Central time. We will have our explanation piece here on our site at 8:05 AM Central.

Also, the finals of the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament are this evening. For coverage, be sure to check out The UConn Blog and A Sea of Blue for the hometown perspectives.

The rules of the Open Thread are the same as they've ever been, ladies and gentlemen. . .no politics, no religion, no feeding of the trolls, keep the language relatively clean, and keep the GIFs relatively work safe.

And your musical selection for today. . .

With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open for this Monday, ladies and gentlemen. We'll have plenty more for you as the day rolls on, so keep your eyes peeled for that.
