We don't do nearly as many Adrian Peterson pictures as we should.

We've hit another Monday, ladies and gentlemen. I know you're every bit as excited as I am for this.

Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .

-Evan "Tex" Western from Acme Packing Company gave us a Packer fan's perspective on Minnesota's draft. Ted went and did the same for the Packers draft over at APC.

-CCNorseman took a look at the best and worst draft classes in Minnesota Vikings history. SPOILER: The worst one is exactly the one you think it is.

-Teddy Bridgewater is going to get some first-team reps when the Vikings start OTAs next week.

-Arif was at rookie camp for the Vikings this weekend. . .not as a player. . .and brought us some stories on two guys that were there. Here's his take on running back Jerick McKinnon, and here's one on undrafted free agent tackle Antonio "Tiny" Richardson.

-Mike Zimmer cares not for how many jerseys you've sold. . .you still have to earn your spot.

-Because of academic rules, three of the Vikings' draftees are going to miss the early portion of OTAs.

-The Vikings' draft class has chosen their uniform numbers. Some of these will probably be subject to change.

-The team has also started signing their draftees, as they inked offensive lineman David Yankey and cornerbacks Kendall James and Jabari Price. You can check those stories out here and here.

From some other sources around the internet. . .

-The team behind the Twin Cities' Super Bowl LII bid is heading to Atlanta today.

-The Vikings' quarterback situation is a "perfect storm," according to Lyndy's Sports Annuals.

-If you need more reasons to believe in Teddy Bridgewater, Kick-Ass Blog has a pretty good list of articles you need to read.

The rules of the Open Thread are the same as they've ever been, ladies and gentlemen. . .no politics, no religion, no feeding of the trolls, keep the bad language to a minimum (with spoiler tags, if necessary), and keep the GIFs relatively work-safe.

For today's musical selection, I referenced this on Twitter after seeing that David Yankey had chosen #66. It's an awesome song, so enjoy.

I may just do all Iron Maiden songs this week, because. . .well, why not?

With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open for this Monday, ladies and gentlemen. Have a good rest of your day, and we should have more for you later on.
