Minnesota Vikings News and Links, 6/27

Bruce Kluckhohn-USA TODAY Sports

It's Friday, everybody! Getting a late start on the Open Thread this morning, so things might be a bit abbreviated.

Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .

-Ted informed you of our plans for Training Camp this year. We're going to be rotating a lot of different folks through Mankato this year, which is pretty awesome.

-The latest episode of Norse Code is available for your listening pleasure.

From some other sites across the internet. . .

-The Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders have named their captains for the upcoming season.

-Former Vikings great John Randle will be hosting a golf tournament in Chaska on July 14.

The rules of the Open Thread are the same as they've always been, ladies and gentlemen. . .no politics, no religion, no feeding of the trolls, keep the language relatively clean (using spoiler tags if necessary), and keep the GIFs relatively work-safe.

One last TV theme for the week. . .with a bit of a twist.

Now them Duke boys may have been playing a little too much Grand Theft Auto.

With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open for this Friday, ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy the rest of your day!
