Let's Get Social, Everybody!

Hey there, everyone. . .sorry for the lack of updates the past couple of days. To be honest, there really isn't a whole lot going on, and this is sort of a busy season for everyone. Hey, better now than during the season, right? Hopefully in the next day or two we can get the creative juices flowing a bit and bring you some of the good stuff.

For now, I wanted to take another opportunity to point out a couple of other ways that you can keep up with us and talk with your fellow Daily Norseman readers and Minnesota Vikings fans.

One of the better ways is by going to check out our page on FaceBook. Skol Girl. . .you remember Skol Girl, right. . .does 99.9% of the work on our page, and she's doing an outstanding job with it. Not only does it give you updates as soon as we post a story on here, but there are also lots of other Vikings stories and links that end up on the page as well. If you don't "like" us already, go on over and do that!

We're also all over the Twitter, for those of you that are into that sort of thing. Our main account (conveniently named @DailyNorseman) will give you all sorts of updates and other things related to the team instantaneously and in convenient 140-character pieces. All of our individual writers have their own Twitter accounts as well. . .all of which you can find on what we feel to be the most comprehensive Minnesota Vikings-related Twitter list on the interwebs. Yes, there are a couple of things on that list that need to be updated. . .I'm working on that.

Social media is becoming a bigger and bigger part of the world, and nowhere is it more important than in breaking and discussing news and sports and anything else. We hope that, if you're into the social media scene, that you will take a moment to "Like" us or follow us or what have you. There's no better way to keep up with all the latest news on our favorite football team.
