It's Week Three of the 2014 NFL pre-season, and the Minnesota Vikings will be taking to the road for the first time to take on the Kansas City Chiefs. How can you follow along with all the action? Well, we have all of the information right here for you.
Game Date and Time: Saturday, 23 August, 7:00 PM
Location: Arrowhead Stadium, Kansas City, Missouri
Television Info: The flagship station for Minnesota Vikings' pre-season broadcast is KARE-11 in the Twin Cities. However, there are many other affiliates that will be carrying the game. They are as follows:
If you're not in any of those markets, the Chiefs' feed of the pre-season game will be available in the following cities:
So, in a bit of a weird twist, folks in both the Omaha and Des Moines areas will be able to choose between the Vikings' announcers (Paul Allen and Pete Bercich) or the Kansas City announcers (Paul Burmeister and Trent Green).
Radio Info: The game will be carried on the Vikings' Radio Network, the flagship for which is 100.3 KFAN-FM. If you are unsure if you have a Vikings Radio Network affiliate in your area, you can find the entire list right here. For those of you that might be listening on satellite radio, you can find the game on either XM 228 (although you're stuck with the Kansas City announcers in that case, as XM only has the home team's feed), or on Sirius 146.
Streaming Info: There are several places that offer online streaming for tonight's game, including NFL Pre-Season Live and the NFL Mobile app (that second one is for Verizon subscribers). For folks that live overseas, they can get all the action on NFL Game Pass.
If you feel the need to promote illegal methods of streaming tonight's game, feel free to let me know so that I can ban you from the site and, hopefully, from the entire SB Nation network (not that I'll have to do much on that front. . .word travels pretty fast). Thank you for your assistance!
So, there you have all the ways of keeping up with all of tonight's action from Arrowhead Stadium. The Game Thread will hit the page about an hour before kickoff.
