All of the Week 3 action in the National Football League is officially in the books, folks. The Minnesota Vikings have a big matchup coming with the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, and we will start getting into that game in earnest for you here shortly.
Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .
-There seems to be a bit of a discrepancy between how penalties are called during games between the Saints and the Vikings.
-It appears that Vikings' tight end Kyle Rudolph is going to be on the shelf for six weeks following surgery to repair a sports hernia.
-One of the roster moves that the Vikings will be making appears to be bringing quarterback McLeod Bethel-Thompson back to the team as part of the practice squad.
From some other sources across the internet. . .
-There were a few moral victories to take away from Sunday's contest against the Bounty Hunters.
-Matt Kalil apparently has not seen the movie Frozen, as Mike Zimmer says his biggest struggles come from his inability to let it go.
-Apparently the expectations for Zimmer's first season as a head coach have changed. Imagine that.
The rules of the Open Thread are the same as they've ever been, ladies and gentlemen. . .no politics, no religion, no feeding of the trolls, keep the bad language to a minimum (using spoiler tags, if necessary), and keep the GIFs relatively work-safe.
No real reason for today's music choice.
With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open for this Tuesday, ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy the rest of your day!
