Heading into the season, there seemed to be a quiet confidence among the Vikings and fans. Things looked to be on the uptick, and conversations and interactions I had with people had us feeling:
Minnesota was still overlooked by most of the media, though. But in week one, they went to St Louis and dominated an injury depleted Rams team. It was an impressive win, one that made us pretty happy about things:
Then, the Adrian Peterson news hit. For many fans, we were:

But there were also a lot of fans that were all:
The two camps quickly drew lines in the sand, and here on DN, it was all:

And while all that was going on, the Vikings had their home opener against New England. That went like:
Following that game, fans pretty much hated life, and what had started so promising...yeah, not so much:
Then the Vikings traveled to F#%& THOSE GUYS, and what started out bad, ended up okay. Intriguing, even. It was a loss, but one in which we saw some fight from this team, and the debut of Teddy Bridgewater. We were:
Then, the Falcons game. Not a lot of people gave the Vikings much of a chance, but we had Teddy. And it was glorious:
And everyone was happy:
So, do we like the direction this team is headed, even after everything that's happened?
