The college football season is over, and congratulations to the Ohio State Buckeyes for representing the B1G last night and bringing home a national championship. I'm sure that Ted is somewhere around here. . .he may not necessarily be conscious or sober, but I'm pretty sure he's here.
Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .
-The folks from Pro Football Focus are going through some year-end stuff, as they've ranked the offensive lines across the NFL, as well as done their voting for Offensive and Defensive Rookies of the Year.
-SB Nation has done their most recent mock draft, and they have the Minnesota Vikings tabbing a different wide receiver at #11 overall.
From some other sources around the internet. . .
-They're doing year-end awards over at Vikings Territory. Here's Part One, and here's Part Two.
-It looks like Mike Zimmer's new defense agrees with cornerback Xavier Rhodes.
-It appears that the New England Patriots may have gotten the idea for their "four offensive lineman" play from the Detroit Lions. . .who did it against the Vikings in Week 6.
The rules of the Open Thread are the same as they've ever been, ladies and gentlemen. . .no politics, no religion, no feeding of the trolls, keep the bad language to a minimum (using the spoiler tags, if necessary), and keep the pictures work-safe and appropriately-sized.
Your Tuesday entertainment follows.
With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open for this Tuesday, ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy the rest of your day!
