We've gotten to another Friday, ladies and gentlemen. We've got Conference Championship games this weekend, and some have a three-day weekend to look forward to, which is nice.

Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .

-Mel Kiper. . .dramatic pause. . .draft expert has put out his first mock draft of 2015.

-We continue our look through the roster with the running back position. Certainly no controversy there.

-The Minnesota Vikings have signed someone named Carter from the CFL ranks, as expected.

-The NFL will be hosting a "Veteran Combine" prior to the Owners Meetings in March for representatives of all the teams.

There isn't a whole lot else going on in Vikingland at the present time, so we'll just leave you with those links for now.
