Minnesota Vikings News and Links, 1/19

Matt Marton-USA TODAY Sports

There's only one more meaningful football game between now and the start of next season, and it will take place in thirteen days in Glendale, Arizona between the New England Patriots and the Seattle Seahawks. For everyone else, it's the off-season.

Since the last time we brought you an Open Thread. . .

-Ted had a look at some of the ways the Adrian Peterson saga could potentially play itself out.

-Teddy Bridgewater is already moving his way up the quarterback ladder in the NFL.

-We have a second podcast for your listening pleasure, as Ted and Di have launched "Roughing the Podcast."

-People are still throwing a fit over bird-proof glass on the new Vikings' stadium.

-Looking at the 2015 NFL Draft30 of the 32 spots have been locked up, with the other two to be determined by the results of the Super Bowl.

That's pretty much everything that's gone on in the Vikings' blogosphere over the course of the weekend, so we'll leave it at that.

The rules of the Open Thread are the same as they've ever been, ladies and gentlemen. . .no politics, no religion, no feeding of the trolls, keep the bad language to a minimum (using the spoiler tags, if necessary), and keep the pictures work-safe and appropriately-sized.

Your video for today.

With that, the beer light is on and the bar is open, ladies and gentlemen. Enjoy the rest of your day!
