Super Bowl XLIX: Predictions Roundtable

The Daily Norseman staff participates in a group discussion to share what they think will happen in Glendale on Sunday.

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

It's almost time! In just over 24 hours, the 2014 NFL season will culminate with the Super Bowl XLIX battle between the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks. (And then we'll be really sad because there's no NFL football for six months. But let's not focus on that right now.) It's our annual unofficial national holiday full of unhealthy food, prop bets, big screen TVs, incredibly overproduced halftime shows, and incredibly overpriced advertisements. It's the defending champs against the team that has dominated most of the 21st century, and yet football has been the furthest thing from the headlines for most of the past two weeks. Super Bowl XLIX is truly a spectacle in every sense of the word.

So what do the Daily Norseman writers think will happen tomorrow? Glad you asked. Instead of writing separate predictions, we all got together and collaborated on the post you see below.

We're using ReplyAll to bring you our conversation, which we have used a handful of times throughout the season. It gives you a live feed of our back-and-forth as it's happening. We started Friday afternoon and what you see below is what we have thus far. But be sure to check back all the way up to kickoff Sunday to see the latest and greatest of what we have to say about the game in Glendale. Our conversation is embedded below and gets updated in real time. Feel free to check back early and often and add your own comments.
